The Digital Birmingham Management Board

The Digital Birmingham Management Board provides strategic direction, reviews and guides the digital development of the city delivered through the Digital Birmingham programme.

The Board meets every quarter and consists of volunteer representatives selected from the public, private and voluntary sectors who are best positioned to positively appraise and identify opportunities across Digital Birmingham's key priority areas.

The aims and objectives of the Board are to:

  • Support the wider Birmingham area in developing its strategic vision through thought leadership
  • Lead the vision and aims for Digital Birmingham and approve the Programme of Work
  • Monitor and review the strategic outcomes of the programme and the Partnership performance
  • Actively engage in delivery and promotion of agreed objectives.
