Apps that give 'you' access and greater control of your own health 23/02/2012

I came across this article earlier today (courtesy of a tweet from Martha Lane Fox!) about an App competition run by the NHS. Applicants were asked to submit their app ideas for patients to better manage their own health.

Over 500 ideas were submitted; from a diabetes app which reminds people when to check blood sugar levels to apps which give you greater access and ability to manage your own patient health records.

Certainly

looking forward to seeing what comes out of these, I know I’d definitely utilise some of them!
