Beyond 2010: Invitation to Tender

We invite event management companies to tender for the Beyond 2010 event on 20-21 October, at the International Convention Centre in Birmingham. The full invitation is below with all the contact details you need.

Closing date for submission of quotations: Friday 16th April at 12 noon
Digital Birmingham is looking to appoint one or a number of companies to provide event management and related support for the delivery of Beyond 2010 and we would like to invite you to submit a quotation in respect of this.
This support has been broken down into discrete packages to allow companies to provide quotations for individual elements as well as the option to tender for the complete event management package. The packages are as follows:
A. Sales and Marketing
B. Online event management system with fully functional conference registration site and event website with full online payment
C. Event management services
D. On-site registration
E. Programme content development and speaker management
F. Live video / audio streaming
