The event will take place in Brussels, Belgium from 27 - 29 September.
It is organised by the European Commission in cooperation with the Belgian Presidency of the European Union and will examine European Union priorities in ICT research for over €2 billion of funding available in 2011-2012.
More than 4000 participants are expected to attend the event.
