The UK's first i-House technology demonstrator has been launched by Medilink West Midlands to showcase the latest assistive technologies enabling people to live independently in their own homes and avoid hospitalisation and residential care.

Local authorities, care workers and people with long term conditions are invited to explore the devices to make informed decisions and provide feedback to manufacturers to drive product improvement.

Located in the 'real-life' setting of a refurbished Victorian terrace, the wide range of products are designed to support day-to-day activities and the house has been adapted to allow easy access for all.
