10:00 - Welcome, introduction and refreshments
10:10 - Meet with community representatives and beneficiaries
Session facilitated by Chamberlain Forum http://www.chamberlainforum.org/ which will provide local people a chance to share their special stories around digital contextualised against specific community / city projects.
Martha Lane Fox will share with them the Race Online 2012 campaign and the vision for addressing digital inclusion. Include contributions from Moseley's Women's Group; MyGuide Silver Surfers; Highgate Women's Group (Talk About Local).

Meet some of the tenants from Windsor Tower that have benefited from being online as part of a trial project that is establishing uptake of broadband in social housing plus photoshoot with Deputy Leader, Martha Lane Fox and tenants

Meet with families from the 'Computers in the Home' project at Prince Albert School. This project is helping to transform Aston into a computer literate, internet capable & connected community that has provided learning & socio economic benefits for families.
12:30 - Parallel Workshop
Economic recovery and the importance of Digital Inclusion for the workforce, entrepreneurs & business
The workshop will engage people working in digital inclusion with those in economic development and regeneration; staff promoting jobs and skills with those advising businesses and helping communities. The aim of the workshop is to examine the importance of the digital inclusion of citizens and businesses (i.e. their access, confidence and competence in using digital technologies) to enable economic recovery.
