Our Open City project hots up!

Nick Booth aka Podnosh is running a new blog, Be Vocal.
It's part of Digital Birmingham's Open City project, funded via DCLG, but specifically looks at how "the web is being used for what you might call civic good" and in particular mashups of local data.
