Digital Economy Bill introduced by the Government

As of 20th November, the Dept for Business, Innovation and Skills (BIS) and the Dept of Culture, Media and Sport (DCMS) have introduced the Digital Economy Bill.
This Bill was in response to Lord Carter's Digital Britain report, published in June of this year.
