JUST two months into their new lives as 21st century digital pioneers, the Locke family are beginning to see the world in a whole new light. Mum Julie and daughter Sophie were special
guests at the opening of lastweek's Hello Digital festival at Millennium Point where they were to meet someone even more impressive than city council leader Mike Whitby.
The delivery of some Sony PSP (portable Playstations) has enabled Sophie and brother Kieran to be able to take pictures, video footage and log on to the internet - all from the palms of their hands. They were even able to do it while walking around central Birmingham's Wi-Fi area, logging on to www.birminghamfiz.
