Birmingham will be at the heart of London 2012

It has been confirmed, not one but two teams with world and Olympic champions will train in Birmingham in the run up to London 2012.
The USA Track & Field team will be joining the Jamaican Track & Field team in the city. Tyson Gay (USA) and Usain Bolt (Jamaica) and their team mates will bring a mass of publicity, tourism and business opportunities to Birmingham in the build up before the Olympics in the capital, which will be invaluable.
