The questions keep coming. Lord Carter was in the House of Commons on 10th March for the Business and Enterprise Committee, where he was questioned again over the Digital Britain Interim Report - especially in the case of filling in the gaps between the Interim Report and Full Report that will be released in the summer.

The full 90 minute audio stream of the meeting and following questions to Lord Carter are available on the Parliament Live TV website.

The new Universal Service Obligation was the priority subject for many and 3 areas to focus on were as follows:

  • Current EU laws
  • Accessibility and cost
  • How will it be funded?

The Full Report is due out in a few months, where all these matters will be formalised. In the meantime, please make comments via the online informal discussion forum.
